28th ASM SPECIALTY CLUB MEETINGS
Friday 1st June, 2001
The format for this year is slightly changed to try and accommodate an element of the update sessions which used to be held on the Friday morning each year. As part of the process of emphasizing the central and
important role that these Specialty Clubs play in our Annual Scientific Meeting, much more feedback is required from attendees.
Historically there has been a very poor response to the completion of questionnaires available at the Club Meetings and at the main weekend sessions. This year I have asked each Club Convenor to be much more
aggressive and insistent that as many attendees as possible fill out the questionnaires provided. Someone will be stationed at the exits of the lecture rooms to collect these forms. With the help of the Secretariat,
the questionnaire will be revised to make it more relevant to the change in meeting format and emphasis.
I hope that all attendees will assist us by completing the forms.
